    40/10mm Lego

This might be an interesting one. I know for sure I'd be down for a mould, only if it had both the top nub and bottom neck hole. Pc'd yellow and a sharpie and you have shootable Lego's

I have interest in 10mm molds. I have no clue what you are suggesting.

Make it in 38 or 45 and I’m in.

I'd be in just for the novelty of it. I see it being a hollow base design.

I just saw an old lyman mold with a nose profile that looked almost exactly like the top of the head.

I would buy the .40 caliber version as that is the actual size of a Lego head. As a former tool & die guy, I was always very impressed that the Lego parts of thousands of different shapes and sizes always fit snug, but not to snug, with every other part made over the years. Figuring in shrinkage of parts and expansion of molds can be tricky to calculate.

the suspense is killing me! If we made it hollow base/point they would actually snap into echother.... this seems like a hellion point to me but I guess the increased cost would make most people shy away especially for a novelty bullet to begin with

Alright, alright, here's what I've got so far.....

I've set it up as as HP from the nose for 40 and 10mm....

Depending on what the take-rate is, we can talk about if this should stay as a HP or just be a solid... I think a solid would be 99% as effective and just as much of a conversation starter...

I think solid would be fine.
What are the chances of this cherry being able to run for different diameters? 38/40/44/45?
I know the 40 was the original idea.
Powder coating these yellow and hand painting some smileys on them is going to be so much fun.

I'm glad you are on board with the solid, will make the GB run so much faster... (2-years sucks)

If I setup the geometry correctly, Miha should be able to "wobble" in all the diameters from one cherry. I'll call him this week and make sure he is on board with my logic.

I think that would be the best bet and allow the maximum amount of buyers.
I for one don’t shoot or own a 40 at all but if worse comes to worst I think I would buy a 2 cavity just to make legos for friends.

I agree with you, I'm the same, no 40's in my safe.

I can definitely create this in 9mm to start. However, Miha is going through some tough times right now, and has asked us not to list any new designs until he figures some things out on his end. I'm respecting that and so patiently waiting until he gives the green light.

So- when he's ready, I'll start this one in 9mm for sure. We can still post if interested on this thread, in preperation.
