Anyvody Watching America's Got Talent??? TOO GOOD NOT TO!

I want to go to the store and get things for tomorrow, but my TV won't let me leave!! It keeps showing these INCREDIBLY TALENTED acts that are just killin' it out there on that stage!! It is SUCH a relief to see honest bare bones artists breaking out onto the world wide media for the first time. No politics, no scripted scenes, a singing troupe came all the way from South Africa to sing one song, and they BLEW US ALL AWAY! They got 4 yesses, and a 10yr old girl came out and just SHOCKED everyone with her huge opera voice! 4 yesses! Another group did their act behind a screen so you saw silhouettes, and they used their bodies to form shadows into objects, the story they told flashed a lifetime into 2 short minutes, it was very very VERY well done. 4 yesses.. Unbelievable talent.

Yeah there are some goofy ones but seriously this has to be the best tv I have seen in quite a long time.

+1 here. The blind Autistic young man that played piano and sang a Leon Russel song made me cry.

I just can't bring myself to watch it. A NASCAR race or Alabama football is a whole'nother matter........

25+ years ago, my then 12 year old son took our TV to the range and machine gunned it and finished it off with a 20 ga shotgun. It was one of the most liberating things we ever did.
Haven't watched TV in 25 years.....and yes, we cleaned up the mess.

My wife loves to watch it
    I enjoy it
The variety of talent is amazing
    Light, entertaining television fare
There are many stories of overcoming life challanges that are poignant
Left to my own devices, I do not watch television, but I enjoy spending time with my wife at night watching TV
There are a lot of fantastic shows to binge watch with no commercials
So when current AGT season is over, we or she will binge watch it with no commercials
Have not watched a commercial in a long time and hope to never see one

I have watched it for the last 5 years or so. I can't stand the commercials or the back stage nonsense. I don't care about the history or bad times of the contestants. I just want to see them preform on stage and nothing else. I record the show and then by fast forward though all of the commercials and back stage stuff I can watch the show in a hour instead of the 2 hours the show runs.I really like the kids that can sing or preform like adults. Hate the dogs..

We had not watched it for quite some time, but we did tune in yesterday evening. Watched the first hour and were reminded just why we stopped watching. We turned the channel after the first hour.

Reminds me of the older Amateur Hour shows...Ted Mack had one then Arthur Godfrey came along, but the best (not best, funniest anyways ) was the Chuck Barris fiasco "The Gong Show" !
Anyone old enough to remember Ted Mack ?

I would watch it more, but can't stand the judges.
Other countries have the same type of show.
Most are much better that ours.

My wife watches it so I do as well if I’m in the living room when it’s on. That silhouette act was just unbelievable.
