    paper patching question

    can someone explain the whole idea of paper patching to me. why would i do it? is it for rifles , can it be done with handguns? what are the upsides? what are the down?

    This is the bullet swaging section.

    There are two sections dedicated to Paper Patching, one dealing with Smokeless powder and another on Black Powder.
