    I think it’s great to do things like this for people , but I got to admit my attempted fix would have been more crude maybe a piece of leather wrapped around some snap ring pliers and some trial and error squeezing . And then hey buddy. I gotter fixed or hey buddy you need to order a new mag.

    If it is spread too much it may not go in the gun. I was thinking you could also try putting empty cases in the mag. and see how they went in. But I see you have already solved it.
