This is a top quality leather Don Hume RH molded pancake style concealment holster for a 4” S&W K frame revolver. It’s a current model, H721 O.T.
It has a slight forward cant, and fits up to a 1 3/4” belt. It came with a gun I bought, but it’s for a right handed person, I’m a lefty.
