    I got a question about the price of Ruger old army

    Hi , I have a friend selling a Ruger Old Army It come`s with the box and nipple wrench I think it was made in the 70`s I checked it out (it`s mint) it looks unfired It`s blued , I can buy it for $500.00 . Is this a good price? I own 2 already and like shooting them Thank you in advance.

    Yes, buy it.
    But know that the blue model Ruger Old Army grip frames were made from aluminum until 1985 when they switched to a steel grip frame.

    For five bills LNIB I think I would adapt to the alloy grip frame!

    That is a terrible price! Please send me your friends name and number so that I can talk to him ASAP. I don't think that ROA should go to some unsuspecting soul. Why haven't you bought it?

    That's good deal for a ROA in my neck of the woods. I prefer the blue over stainless.

    I had a pair of the FS Stainless steel ones. They're the Best C&B revolvers ever made.

    That's a darn good price.
