Here we go again. Your trying to tempt me ain't you. I am a sucker for a goodie.
I looked at this and wondered about the title. Did a little searching and realized it is south Pacific Poi--It's pronounced Po-E. Tahitian and Samoan people make Poi out of bananas. Others, like Hawaiians use Taro root. As I have said many times, my wife is diabetic and so I used Splenda brown sugar. I made a recipe of this, yesterday, and it is delicious. Even with the bananas and coconut cream, it comes in at 32 carbs and 4 sugars (sugars included in carbs). That's like 2 pieces of bread per serving (4 cubes + coconut cream).
