    The only problem I've ever had with carrot salad is not being able to find a recipe with enough meat in it.

    I'm a salad fan. Carrot and raisin salad was something I had many times when living at home. Don't have it as often, now, but still love it. Thanks for reminding me. I wonder if WingerEd could pass up a piece of my carrot cake with cream cheese icing and walnuts???
