Ordered some 303 brass from him today. Apparently a small operation, he took the time to CALL me to let me know that the brass was on back order and would not ship until sometime next week and did I still want the brass?

Seems like a nice guy trying to make a go of it. Probably worth using him more.

Some of the odd ball stuff looks like he gets in in small quantities, maybe a vendor issue in that he is being rationed how much he can get on the less common stuff. Sells out rather quickly, you might want to email him, he responds quickly. I suspect he would notify you as soon as he has some in stock.
