    My favorite blocks are a couple made from 3/4" lexan. Cits nice and clean clear and when dirty can be washed in dishwasher or hot soapy water. Another I've seen that's nice id the thicker Corian counter tops materials. These cut well and again are easy to clean and take care of.

    MOA, I forgot to ask how long does it take your c-n-c to make one of those 100 hole blocks?
