In Search of an OEM Charger Synthetic Stock (not takedown)

I've been search for a Ruger OEM Synthetic Stock and been coming up dry. It's for a build that I want to keep the cost down on an so I'm not going with other stocks that are more available. Besides, for this build I don't want to make it look like it's an AR want-to-be.

    Thoughts? Extras? Comments?!?!

    Thanks.

Kind of a Charger fan here too, you might try the rim fire central pages. Lots of people “upgrading” their Chargers that may have a takeoff. Oddball little short rifle that is amazingly accurate with a very little bit o work! Good luck on your quest, if you should come across an original laminate stock Let me know.

Check on the Rimfire central forum under Ruger charger. There are a LOT of guys that are building and modifying and I'd bet you could come up with a spare stock.

    Thanks for the pointer gentlemen.

I got a retail price on a new one from Ruger, $79 USD......for a piece of plastic?

Doing some more searching, some noodling, and dreaming.

    Thanks again.
