Pardon me, do you have any 10mm slugs?

I couldn’t make this up. I was shooting my 10 mm today using the Arsenal 40-165 RF probably doing around 1100 FPS, touched one off at a mustard bottle full of water from about 45 yards. Bottle wasn’t there when I looked again, shot a few more, ambled over as I was leaving. Mustard bottle had jumped up behind the target and still had the slug in it-must’ve driven it over on impact and then smashed into a rock which somehow allowed for only a dimple on the backside, the slug wasn’t even that deformed. At first I thought it had gone through and bounced back in, but it never left the bottle.

Sometimes weird things happen. Neat story though.

As a side note, the millennials are clueless
About the old grey poupon commercials. I referenced them talking with one of my older medics and we were laughing and the young nurse looked puzzled. Had to explain it.
