I went and checked out through NOE website using discount code. Discount showed up as -$6.37 making price for set $36.08 not $35. Not a big deal just wondering why the difference?
Received the complete kit today and immediately installed it. all I can say is wow. I have not used the pot today due to rain, but it appears it will take care of the issues I was having before. Thanks for the group buy.
Has anybody tried to contact Noe before? I emailed them couple times right after I made a purchase because I had an typo on my address, but I have not received reply from them. My packages showed that it were delivered to my neighbor,but he did not received it. How responsive is Noe customer service?
This is only my second GB with them and the first one had a big concern that I posted to their forum GB page and Al (owner) called me himself and made it right by not only me but all those on the GB. I rate their service top notch but it’s on only one experience.Originally Posted by Silvernb03
