WTS 40 cal. Flintlock & Percussion rifle

custom made Rifle that comes with two locks.. Both are "Homer sales" Locks . A lot like a Siler Lock. They work great. Its a 36" G.R.Douglas barrel, 40 caliber, Silver trim on it. Makers name is F. Grove built in 1991. Need to sell to fund another project. Heck of a nice gun... $600.

Found this info on the lock
“These locks were assembled and tuned by Homer Sales of Appalachian Lock Assembly in Fairview NC. “ He would do a siler lock
with a roller on the frizzen. A fish symbol was on the inside of the plate.
Is the makers name on the barrel?

That is about 1/2 of what the parts will cost nowdays. A real bargain with some excellent parts.

Yes you're right The cost to build this is much more. Those Locks alone would be $380.+
I really want to sell this. But I priced it at the bottom line.
Don't let it slip away and regret it later... Talk to me.

I would consider trades but I really need the money so I'm a bit picky.
