I'm parting out some wolf 308. Is there a way I can remove a berdan primer and still use it. Will it fit in a brass case?
Thanks Bryon
I wasn't sure where to put this ?

You probably could by hydraulic removal with water and drying the primer but I can't imagine it being worth the effort. That is unless the primer is crimped in. Also, as they are different size than boxer primers, they won't fit in boxer primed brass.
Thanks for the info. I'll just use the powder and bullet.

Why not reload the brass with the primer?
Being Wolf with Berdan Primers it's probably steel cases.

Even if you did you couldn't use them in Boxer cases - no anvil.

There is no 'right' that requires me to work for you or you to work for me!
I've been thinking about this and thought of some questions.
Why break that ammo down?
Are the bullets something special?
Is the powder something special?
If not is it really worth breaking down to salvage the powder and bullets?
Why not just shoot it up?
