That's a die reamer.
"This die reamer is .004" undersize in the body and .006" undersize in the neck." Per Midway.
If a person needed a die reamer that one's a steal for sure (only one in stock at that price however), regular price $139.99 on sale for $42.90! Unfortunately a solid pilot .218 Bee chamber reamer is still $139.99.
