I wonder if he's shot it yet. Seemed hesitant. I'm far from wealthy but I paid 3000$ for a Winchester 1873 Nickel plated. Kinda gets on my nerves taht it tarnishes with the slightest moisture but I have videos of me shooting it. I dont see why people by stuff and let it collect dust. That's just me though. If you buy something, it's yours, so do what you want!
I bet his rifle looks great, and shoots even better. I'd enjoy it!

I have 3 Shiloh’s and 6 Winchester’s The Miroku guns are the best made reproduction rifles made today with the 1873’s being the best of all of them .I can forgive the rebound hammer and have had mine worked on. I shoot them more than any of my 30 something rifles to choose from. Those 24” tapered octogon barrels are beautifully made, half round 24” ‘Deluxe’ is gorgeous with stunning wood.

I plan on getting to shoot it tomorrow, finally got some more 350 Goulds loaded up. Just have been busy around the farm/home doing some stuff that had to be done, it takes me about 4x longer to do stuff since having 3 strokes about 18 months ago.

Any issues with chambering the rounds? The throats on my Miroku Browning’s are non existent.
