Cast Boolits 4 cavity ingot mold

Today I did over 400 lbs of range scrap with my group buy molds. I only bought two molds. Slow process. It takes a lot longer to cool down compared to a Lyman 1lb ingot mold. 3 minutes + vs 45 -60 seconds. Mold fill-out was a problem. Sharp edges vs smooth radiused edges? Not a problem unless your hoping to win a blue ribbon. Average weight was just under 2lbs 9 oz. I also used 2 pair of vise-grips for mold handles. No problems there. Aluminum Tab was more than strong enough. I am glad I bought them, and I am making heavy duty ash handles for both. Would like to hear from others

Problems with mold fill out? How big of a pot are you pouring from? Ladle?

I'm pouring from approximately an 8 pound homemade ladel . It was hard to keep the temperature above 600゚. I was using a 30 gallon propane tank homemade pot. I did make over 400 pounds of ingots. All from one batch

What furnace/heat source are you using?
What is the temperature where you are at
    Is it windy?
Hotter temps = better fill out AND longer cool down times.
