    Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

30 minutes indirect heat, finish with hot sear close to the coals.
    Awesome.

Did you use a commercial Teriyaki sauce on them? Marinaded first, or just brushed on at the time of grilling? They look great ...

not to hijack. but if you have an ALDI nearby. their teriyaki sauce makes for a fantastic marinade. we use it on chicken quarters all the time.

Works even better if you dump the stuff in right away and vacuum seal it in the marinade. toss them in the freezer, when you take them out, by the time they thaw out. they're perfectly marinated.

Ah Ha! From my back yard, metaforically speaking. Just up the road a piece. Good food, even though owned by the Chinese.
