    Ethanol gas is the problem. All the loggers in my area don't use any. They buy their saw gas at the local airports. Non ethanol High octane low lead gas. It lasts for years in any saw or can. Expensive but worth it.

    Another little hint.When changing the plug,use some anti seize compound on the threads.If you don`t you just might have the threads in the head come out with the plug.I prefer the Permatex brand personally.I use it in my vehicles too.Don`t ask me how I know.
