Well it's getting close ! May 18 I'll be a married man again .

On may 18 I'm getting married again , this will be number two . The differences between this one and the first are huge . I never though I would marry again but I love her and she loves me and the biggest and best thing is we enjoy being with each other . I'm fifty years old so this time around I come in with a bit more life experience than the first go round . As the day gets closer I thought I would be feeling nervous but actually I'm looking forward to it . It makes a big difference when a woman supports you and gives you the time and space you need when you need it it . So for good or bad here we go for round two ! Any words of wisdom from some of you all that have been in my shoes ?

Reminds me of my getting married the 2nd time in 2002.

Everything was cool until the new wife asked about a box that hadn't bothered her before.
"What's in that box"?
"50 pounds of high explosives".
"Do we have to store it in the kitchen"?

That was a little disruptive of my previous lifestyle.....
But any misgivings went away when she told me, "I want my own guns".

I married my first wife 65 years ago June 4th 2019. As we are going to bed, she usually mention how Blessed we are to have each other still. We believe it takes giving 60 percentile from both parties and trusting God as the third party. Yes and a few times the sweet married bliss had some dill pickles around.
