Thanks guys but right now I'm completely in the dark.
In the dark as I blew the circuit to 3/4 of my upstairs where my reloading room is.. Moved a lamp, heard the zzzzziiit, saw a flicker then complete darkness. Though not a single circuit breaker tripped.
Lost power to my shop last month. Started taking things apart after calling the power co and their stuff was ok. Duh. Found a wire nut with bad wires on my stuff. I had been casting and pc’ing so I’m guessing things got too warm but no breakers popped. Hope you figure it out. Lectricity is tricky.
After working on this for a week I eliminated a number of runs to ceiling light and now have electric restored to at least all the wall outlets as they were all run in conjunction with the ceiling lights/fans instead of a dedicated circuit. Can't be certain yet but I believe it was a ceiling fixture that went bad. Maybe a fan motor.
