Bowls with screw top lids and translucent

For anyone who likes the shake and bake method with the cool whip bowls for doing powder coat, I have a good source for the those kinds of plastic bowls you might want to take a look at.

They have a screw on lid and also translucent so you can see the color through the side. Here are the links:

    The lids:

    The bowls (quart size):

There are other sizes but I just got 10 of these in and they work great. It is the Polypropylene part that makes them like the cool whip bowls.

By the way they cost about $3.80 each after shipping and everything for 10 of these so not bad at all.

Yeah not sure what happened there. I have edited them and they seem to work now.

Dferrier, I like the look of those bowls
I've had good luck with bowls from Albertsons/Safeway, nice size for small batches, screw tops and 3 for less the $3

Sometime in the past I purchased a 2-lb container of some kind of gunpowder (can't remember and peeled the label off). Most powder now comes in some kind of black container with a #2 in a triangle on the bottom. Started out with a 1-lb container at first, then decided the 2-lb would be better. Using Smoke's clear powder coat with bbs applied in my air-conditioned and dehumidified basement, I get perfect coating every time. The air-conditioning and dehumidification is probably a big factor in getting good coverage. Big Boomer

My favorite S&B containers have a #2 on the bottom... I also do NOT use BB’s.
