Here's a side project that ive been fooling with: a fairly compact kit based off a 310 tool that can competently load 1-200 rounds. While its not 100% where i want it, its been developed ovber the course of loading 500+ 170 gr 30-30 rounds.
The tool handles are for 32-40. Originally I picked them up as 1) though they were cool, and a neat piece of history 2) good trading stock 3) to resell?
After Brassmagnet schooled me on them, I started using them to load 30-30. They work well, and its very satisfying to load ammo on a tool that is in the neighborhood of 100 years old, and still works great.
The box is made of scrap I picked off the dump, bought the hardware.
