What’s your least enjoyable part of loading?

For me, it’s primer tube filling. Someday I’ll design and build a filler that works. But until then, I made a huge improvement to my system by grinding out the tip of the Hornady filler tube tips so they don’t require as much effort to push down on the primer. Wow, why didn’t I do that earlier. Hugely better and faster.

I use APS priming on my progressive, so that's pretty easy.

My least favorite job is trimming and de-burring rifle brass.

Mine is cleaning primer pockets so I don't. I uniform rifle primer pockets but after that one time job I don't clean them again. Pistol primer pockets I don't fuss with at all.

Fussing with the old Lyman 450 lube sizer that leaks out the bottom pressure plug. Can't get the new part... been discontinued. They don't have one for the 4500 either. Guess I'll have to fine a machinist to copy mine.
Tore it down yesterday and found most of the O-rings cracked or broken, so found some at NAPA that worked. Base pressure plug still leaks using hard wax lube and have it heated to 110°F.
    Any suggestions?

Throw it away and buy hitek coating instead. Much cleaner and faster.

All are like steps in a walk in the park. I enjoy all of the steps, from ingot to loaded ammunition. Otherwise, I would probably just buy ammunition

I have liked it all from the start...still do.

Every step is important, every step matters & I don't have that need for instant gratification.

I agree. Particularly when the lube doesn't stay in the lube grooves.

Well, I love reloading, but my least favorite is weight sorting 22 cal boolits. Just makes me nutz... them little things deviate much and are kinda hard to get a hold of. And when I do it, I do a huge pile so I don’t have to do it often.... literally a mountain of them dang things...
