Trimming and deburring afterward.
I enjoy most aspects of the whole process, my main complaint is when casting my boolit pile is never as large as my sprue pile. But it is quite satisfying to finally get to the finished ammo.
Least enjoyable: sizing-lubing boolits. Got so aggravating that I broke down and bought a Star Lube Sizer recently.
Listening to my wife complain about how much money I’m saving by reloading
Looking at tools that would save me a lot of time and headaches for a certain process but not being able to justify buying them cause I don't do that process often.
Processing rifle brass.
Can’t trim/debur in the house, too many brass shavings.
Too cold during the winter in the garage.
Boring as can be and too much like work.
Most other operations besides casting I can do in the house in cold weather.
Brass work I like to set up a table outside in nice days and enjoy the weather so it is almost fun.
But really the thing I hate is having to do something just to get ammo to shoot.
Reloading/casting/ processing when I want to is fun.
But if I am low on loaded ammo and need to do it just to be able to shoot it is rushed and feels like work.
When people ask about reloading to save money my advice is- if you want another hobby go for it.
If you just want to save money pick up a second job, you will probably come out money ahead.
I enjoy it as a hobby.

All the money I've saved from 60 years of this hobby.
Trimming and prepping military brass, hands down.

Having to hurry up because I'm supposed be doing something else.
For me it’s charging cases as I don’t have an auto drop or mechanical means of doing it it’s all scoops, scales and, a Trickler makes loading very time consuming for the amount I get in return
Brass prep.
KE4GWE - - - - - - Colt 1860, it just feels right.
im changing my vote to dealing with crimped primer pockets, even if I try 2 steps to fix them I still get failures and erratic seating
I have 2 least favorites. First is trimming 30 carbine brass. It seems that you always have to check them and can't use a Gracey. The other picking up the empties of any of autoloaders.
Forgot to add small primer 45ACP
I enjoy casting more than loading.that said I think a progressive press is in my future.
I too enjoy it all. I have to admit though, that putting it all away after I'm done, is my least favorite part. I don't have a dedicated room or shop for my stuff, so some of it goes her and some goes there.
