    Balistol use

    What is the best recommended ratio balistol and water for cleaning the bore after shooting black powder.

    6/1 works well for me. Water/Ballistol.

    There is no problem so great, that it cannot be solved by the proper application of high explosives.

    I don"t waste Ballistol for cleaning BP ,just plain water works perfect (has for ever) . When done cleaning it all gets wiped down with Ballistol /me and the gun are both happy/Ed
