His spirit has moved on but he will always live on in your hearts.
I lost both my parents within 30 days of each other last year (they were in their 90's so it was expected but easier)
I know they are in a better place.
Your soul is heavy with the loss but that will soon diminish with the help of family and friends.
Over a year later I still get moments when they come to mind.
I am so sorry for your loss. Nothing replace a father and I pray that you will be comforted by our Heavenly Father and He helps you to concentrate on all the great times that you all shared. Sorry for your loss. The Lord bless you and keep you. My father passed away in 1989 just a couple of months shy of his 80th birthday. If the Lord lets me live, I will soon be as old as my father when he died. Big Boomer
Thoughts and prayers with you and the family. Stay strong. Sad, but natural order of things. My dad lost my oldest brother at 34, 10 days after his birthday. His namesake. That was hard for him. Be happy and remember all the good times your dad had. When I hunt, I remember all the great days we had together, doing the same.

My condolences and prayers. I lost my dad at 72 in 1993, dang, almost 26 years ago. Time flies, I'm almost 61, hard to believe I'm just over a decade from his age. Miss him every day. Just cherish the memories, and keep on going.....

Lost my dad 15 years ago, mom passed 10 months later. Still them both good source for answers to questions. It gets easier as time passes but there will always be some loss. Also have lost 2 daughters, life just seems unfair many times.

I remember when mine did and it was quite a shock. He drowned after saving one person and going out for another. My condolences for your loss.
