    .

The thing is,you have to send it all to me for safe glass disposal.

My neighbor is remodeling his shower this week and I asked the construction crew about the pan liner. It must weigh about 80#'s and was sure heavy to carry home. Made in 1963, I am sure that it is pure lead, as it barely takes anything to bend it.

Thanks for the info. The glass floated and came out just fine. And so did two percussion caps. One of them popped though. LOL.

Well hello. The glass is now separated and ready to be shipped. Charges will be a lot less without lead!

Seriously, got about 159.6kg or 351lb of ingots.

    Very good!
Scrap.... because all the really pithy and emphatic four letter words were taken and we had to describe this source of casting material somehow so we added an "S" to what non casters and wives call what we collect.

Kind of hard to claim to love America while one is hating half the Americans that disagree with you. One nation indivisible requires work.

    That's great.

Something I did years ago when I had scored about a ton of pure Lead- more than I'll ever cast & shoot.

I made & sold a bunch of cast fishing sinkers and lure bodies.
The heavier ones since they were the same amount of work, but brought a higher price.

That might work for you to give something back to the range, without any money being 'out of pocket'.
And,, there may be a little left over for CeeHoo's 'Whiskey and gunpowder' fund.

OK People. Enough of this idle chit-chat.

Thanks fellows. That would be enough lead for over 17.000 round balls in .457" diameter range. Walker could take a few walks with those.
