Does anyone remember when the last time Walgreens stop selling ammunition?

Had a Walgreens right down the street where I grew up, as far back as I can remember they never had ammunition at that store. We're talking back to the late '70s. But it is neat the stuff you can find from "back when".

Walgreens Super stores in the 70's had a sporting goods department that sold guns and ammo.

Very cool box and in this case the price tag too! I hate it when I find a cool old box in good shape and somebody wrote on it or stuck a tag on the front of the box.

Thanks all for the information. Wasn't sure if the sticker just got stuck to the box.
