Yes reload it. I have been no issues.

I come across those cases now and then. I reload them with no issues.

Disarming is a mistake free people only get to make once...
I messed with a rather large lot of them a few years back......found them to be pretty satisfactory, in fact...better than some that are far more in favor. I never finished the other testing I wanted to do....but have shot a boatload of them, and they're still performing as well as any other brass I use.

Armscor brass is either made in the Philippines or the USA, depending on the headstamp. If the headstamp says "AP" and usually a two digit date, but not always, it came from the plant in the Philippines. If the headstamp says "AP USA", then it's made in their plant in Pahrump, NV.
It's good brass, and I've been reloading it for years.
