    W T B 1 765x53 case

I have found myself in need of 1 piece of brass to do a pound cast - for a 765x53 , before I go looking for a set of dies . If anyone has one they would be willing to let go - please send me a pm .

I'm going by memory here, but I thought I did a pound cast many years ago and didn't use a piece of brass for it. Only a soft lead ball.

I can for sure spare a 765 Arg case for you.

Do you need a factory head stamp or a reformed military be OK?

Largom I most certainly appreciate your offer as well .
Upnorthwis I'm planning on fire forming the casting in my chamber , then fill the fired case almost full of lead , chamber it and swell a soft lead slug to see exactly what I have for a chamber , throat , and bore .
I thank you gentlemen for the assistance .

I think you would be better off with one fired in YOUR chamber and left unsized

I thought this is why you would cast the chamber with cerosafe. Maybe I’ve watched too many Larry Potterfield videos.

I think that is exactly what he plans, he just mistakenly typed casting instead of case (or autocorrect did it to him), obviously we don't fire form a casting.
