    Gas checked bullets

I知 pretty new to casting and right now I知 casting 9mm, 38, and 45 acp.

I壇 like to start loading 45 LC for rifle and I知 thinking about getting a mold for gas checked bullets.

My question is do I have to install the gas checks if I知 going to use the bullets for pistol loads or can I just load them like plain base bullets?
