    1875 Gahendra Arsenal Martini Henry Rifle (refurbished) $350

    I bought this as an unrestored as-is piece about 10 years ago. Originally I bought two, hoping to end up with one good rifle to give as a present to a friend. I was fortunate and ended up with two! His was non-firing due to some damage but mine is intact.
    This can probably be fired, though I have not. It has the .45 bore, not .50 as English MH’s do.
    Folks have made shells from 16ga brass shotshells, but I never tried.

    I cannot guarantee this is in firing condition, but I believe it is.

    Asking $350 (price drop from $400) plus shipping. I can ship this through the post office since it is an antique.

    I'll see what I can do. Maybe the files are too large... The reply post pictures don't show up on my computer either! They worked on my phone...

    WinchesterM1, thank-you for the offer but I am fundraising for my wedding and need the $$.

    A couple more pictures keep failing to upload. I suspect it is a file size limitation.

    Probably easiest way is if anyone wants another view/angle, please PM with an email address or phone number and I can email/text it you.

    I'll consider offers.

    I know the wood isn't smooth and purty, I know how to do it, but it didn't feel right to make a rifle made in 1875 look new. She's earned her beauty marks, I figure.

    Harry, your mailbox is full.
    Here’s my reply;
    Yes, she appears to be in firing condition. The barrel and chamber are clean. The firing pin and mechanism are intact last I had her apart.
