243 check maker question on disc size

I thought I saw a link but cannot find it. In it, it explained how to figure correct size hole to drill for a gas check maker
How would one figure the correct size of disc for making 243 gas checks?

I finally found this on the web.
Example for a 357 bullet with a .338 shank dia.
To calculate the disc diameter, take the boolit shank diameter plus the skirt height
    times 2.
    shank diameter - .338
    skirt height - .055 x 2 = .11
    disc diameter - .338 + .11 = .448
The skirt height is is measured from the bottom of the boolit to the bottom of the
lowest band. subtract at least .005.
To calculate the check diameter, take the check material times 2 plus the shank
    diameter plus .002.
    shank diameter - .338
    check material - .010 x 2 = .020
    check diameter - .338 + .020 = .358 + .002 = .360 check diameter.
to calculate check material thickness, subtract boolit shank size from sized boolit
    size and divide by 2.
    shank size - .338
    sized boolit size - .358
    ,358 minus .338 = .020
    .020 divide by 2 = .010 = check material

So if my 243 bullet has a .233 shank and needs a .075 skirt I would add .233 plus .075x2 = .150 so (.385) would be my disk size.
    am I correct?
