Is the decapper that came with the 310 tool 5-die sets (neck sizer is a separate die) the same for all 5-die tool sets (i.e. - can it be used as a universal decapper), or does it's diameter/length vary within different 5-die caliber sets?

Universal, but 22 or 30 cal stem.
