    Preferred check maker?

I am looking at getting one, having trouble finding the freechex one out there.

I don't want a 2 step maker, need it to cut & form in the same stroke.

I found the 22rl one that is on uniquetek.com but curious if there are other options?

Just bought a .44 gc mold, will need for other calibers as well.

    Thanks in advance.

There are a few machinist about that will make you one for a price. Two off the top of my head are Dimaprok and Pat Marlin. Pat has his own website and normal has an inventory. You could PM either one of them or place a want to buy add.

Have you looked at the "sticky" in this section? There is a good description and plans for a single pull check maker. I had success in making one myself. Good luck to you.

I didn't notice the sticky & looks like an interesting project, however I don't have the time or equipment to tackle the task.

    Needs to make checks for 9mm, .357, .44mag, .45 LC, .223, .243 & .308.

A 35 caliber check maker would work for both the 9 and 357, at least the one I made covers both of these bullets. I imagine you would find the same holds true for the 44mag and 45LC. The next one I make will be for my 30.06 and this size would be what you would need for the 308. So it looks to me as if you would need 5 different check makers.
