I have primers (Winchester/Federal) from the 80's and 90's and never had FTF. Most times a primer can ever get messed up is in the priming process for brass.

I have several bricks of primers with the same packaging. All work really well including some of my best groups to date.

I've got a few hundred of the CCI just like pictured, as well as some yellow boxed I think say Western Winchester if I'm not mistaken. I got them from my grandpa, who I know was not reloading in 1936. I always figured they were from the late 60's early 70's.
