    Jeff Bartlett did good

    I did a recent order that included 3 jugs of an item that was from a very small lot of a powder not normally listed.

    Turns out, Jeff's supplier did him wrong and it was not a good batch.

    I immediately contacted him.

    He looked into it, apologized and offered to make it right.

    I ended up working out a deal with him and now will have 24# of WC680. This goes with with a healthy stockpile (around 28#) of WC 844 part of which came with the original order.

    Jeff did me right and I will not hesitate to do business with him again if the occasion comes up (I am more stocked up than ever before).

    Jeff is a stand-up guy. I placed an order with him a few years ago and because of security, my card would not run from his shop. He called me and tried to run it again but no-go so I gave him a different one. Great talk with him, too.

    Well, I have now tried out my "new" powder.

    Found some 357AR (rimless Max) loads and regular 357 Max loads that seem to work pretty good with my 24 lb stash of WC680.

    AA1680 @ $168/8 lbs = 21 $/lb.

    WC680 @ $120/8 lbs = 15 $/lb

    He doesn't count very well though. Ya always get more stuff than you figured on.
    If he sells 1,000 of something- you end up with 12-1300 of it.

    If I recall correctly, Jeff has been around since pre internet and use to advertise in Shotgun news. I'm almost certain of it. I was buying from him even back then.

    Jeff is a great guy to deal with! He usually has some limited load data for the powders he carries. You just have to ask for it and give him your e-mail.

    As the other gentlemen have said, Jeff is 1st rate!
    I've been purchasing brass, bullets and powder(s) from him since the early 1990's and never had a problem.
    He is highly recommended!
