Yes they will. But trying to go other way can be a pain. Had to grind down shell holder in order to crimp 32sw with acp dies. As far as shipping primed brass through mail it is ok even though you cant ship the primers by there self if put in brass it changes and they can be shipped. I buy shotgun hulls that are already primed all the time.

I don't believe you can mail primed cases thru the USPS legally. If you could , we'd all be doing it.

Last time I checked, primed brass can go through UPS, Fedex, or another common carrier but not USPS. Anything that smells hazardous is a big no-no with the Postal Service.
    Currently casting and loading: .32 Auto, .380 Auto, .38 Special, 9X19, .357 Magnum, .257 Roberts, 6.5 Creedmoor, .30 WCF, .308 WCF, .45-70.

As for dies I use the Hornady dies for 32 S&W to 32 H&R and load all the 32's with them .I load 32acp, 32s&w long,32 s&w, 32 h&r mag and 327mag ,the only thing that I use different is the shell holder for the 32acp . All the rest I use the same shell holder.

USPS prohibits shipping small arms ammunition, including primers.
I do not see any exemption for primed cases.
Common carriers such as UPS and Fedex allow shipping ammo/components.
Primers and powder are hazmat items, loaded ammo and primed brass are not but must still be appropriately marked (marking requirements are/have changed)

    USPS REGS-[URL][https://pe.usps.com/text/pub52/pub52c3_019.htm#ep898630/URL]

Small Arms Ammunition. Ammunition is classified as a Division 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, or 1.4 explosive, depending on the degree of hazard. Ammunition that is regulated as a Class 1 explosive and designed to be fired from a pistol, revolver, rifle, or shotgun, as well as associated primers and blank cartridges (including those designed for tools) and propellant powder for use in any firearm, is prohibited from mailing.
