Anyone with quickload mind looking for a load for subsonic 7.62x39 with a 200 gr cast boolit using 20/28?
Anyone with quickload mind looking for a load for subsonic 7.62x39 with a 200 gr cast boolit using 20/28?
My version of Quickload(3.8) does not have 20/28
If anybody else does, they will need the bullet length and the loaded length.
Powder is not supported as of the latest version. And I would not hold out any hope that it will ever be added.
It looks like 20/28 is right next to Win 231 in the burn rate chart.

So we could make a guess, but that is all that it would be is a guess.
We would still need the bullet length and the loaded length...
Has anyone ever used 20/28 in light low pressure metalic loads? And did it perform well?
I appreciate everyone's help. I think my brother is going to try 4.5 grains of 20-28 and work up from there. I will let you know what the outcome was as well as the velocities of said loads
