    RCBS rocks

Using my 223 SB Sizing die last night, I broke the decapping pin. Just got off the phone this a.m. with RCBS rep, John, he was pleasant, polite and after asking for my info, asked what part I needed. Told him decapping pin he said it would be in the mail today. I mean I've heard about RCBS customer service, but to actually experience it WOW! Almost like he couldn't wait to finish with me so he could get to the next customer.

They have best customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. That reason alone is why so many of us are life long customers. I would say 80% of my newly purchased equipment is RCBS. As well as a lot of my used stuff. As you say,Easy to deal with, pleasant to you , and want to help with your problem. A lot of other businesses could learn A lot from them. - Caster

Well, I think there customer service sucks.... I called the other day about
a seating die that was out of date and wouldn't seat the cartridge I have.
Was told a new sizing die would cot me $28.50. Called this afternoon got put on hold for 15 min, then was told the were
really busy and was told they would call me back. That was 3 hours ago
and still no call. Yes sir.... the best

I broke the shoulder bolt on my piggyback 2 Friday at about 4 oclock was thinking they were probably gone for the day but lucked out got a very helpful although hurried person and they sent off a new shoulder bolt. I get the feeling that there are only a couple people that field our calls and help us with replacement parts. I doubt there are a ton of people that could even fill that position much less a huge staff to take care of all our needs in an instant. I was just happy I didn't have to someone answer even if it took a bit and get a free part that I am sure is going to be very hard to find in a few more years.

Only time I ever had to call back was during fires last fall and then it was the next day.

I just called Monday last week, had no problem. Told them I needed some RCBS parts and got right thru. The parts came on Friday.
