I’ve searched around and can’t seem to find data using the lee 500gr bullet that I’m absolutely sure I can use. I’m shooting it out of a Marlin 1895 45-70 as a single shot. OAL is long at 2.78” but I only have IMR4198 and shotgun powders like 700x and red dot. I could just experiment, but I figured I would ask first. Any thoughts?
