Have a 41 converted to CF that is a joy. Running out of the 320 gr boolits bought at gunshow 30 years ago.
Shoots great w/them, need a mold to make something close. These are .432GC 320 gr.

I just switched to the Accurate Molds 43-335B which is for the shorter 38mm brass, they make several other molds that work with longer brass like you are currently using. The Accurate molds are fantastic quality, I opt to go with the bigger mold blocks.

I am using a 290gr NOE mold I bought for my 44 mag. Cut the cases longer so they will crimp and be the right OAL.
I have found no need to crimp BUT I only put 4 in the magazine.
I use the Lee C430-310.
