The one I want allows the use of the iron sights when the scope is removed. It is a one piece base but I don't know the number.

I think you are talking/drawing the Weaver one piece 63B base. Ebay, Amazon, Brownell's, Midwayusa,... most places that have scope mounts have the 63b base. There are a lot of look alikes, also 2 piece bases, don't know if all have the low center of the 63b. Weaver 63b has been around since factory drilled/tapped Marlin 336.
