Shell holder adapter?

Guys

Does anyone have an Idea where to find a standard shell adapter that will fit a reloading press (major common styles),
that has a female shell holder dimensions on one end and male standard shell holder dimensions on the other end.

I have one, I bought a long time ago, but don't want to cut it down to fit the Lyman 45 sizer,
I am converting over, to use NOE bullet pushing rods etc.

Hornady makes a shell holder extension, please note it is heat treated.
The shell holder is held in place by a set screw.

It is much like one I made when I started loading 380 on my Texan c press. Shortened the stroke needed and speeded the processing. Made mine the same diameter as the press ram. It is packed away somewhere, don't remember the length but about 1 to 1 1/4 inch long.

These extenders are helpful for very short case use etc. RCBS also make one, I just found etc.
They are called Universal Shell Holder Extension.

I use mine all the time, when forming my wildcat 17/20/22 caliber cases, reformed from the 22 hornet, 223 and 5.7 mm cases,
that has a total overall case length of .600", sure makes life easier.
