This GB is aluminium 8cav only so they will have Lee style sprue handle, they are same size as 6cav Lee, but much better material and workmanship. Aluminum MP are solids only.
MP makes brass moulds in 2,3,4,6 cav solid and 2,3,4cav in holowpoint Cramer style. Brass have classic thick steel sprue plate. A joy to cast with.
No problem, you guys are great! I really really like the 8 cavity aspect, and aesthetically I like the round nose profile BUT I found that in my bullet feeding die the ones from Berry's would bind sometimes in the tube stacked on top of each other, but not if they have flat nose than they stack without any issues. Now the Berry's are slightly more pointed so I don't know know exactly how these fare.
Follow up in case someone else is interested in conversion rate that PayPal uses. I called PayPal and asked and was told it's whatever the going rate plus about 4%. So I was quoted about $116 USD. I ran the math and got same. Going rate for 99 Euro right now is $111.52 + 4% = $115.95 hope this helps.
Lakehouse, we need to get this mould moving, only need another 5 or 6 commitments.. I have a real need for this!!
Viet Nam 11/66 to 3/68
Yes, you are right. This should be a mold that everyone needs in their shop.

How do they size down to .356, wenn shaked and baked? Would need them in a thight chamber too.

I plan on doing the same, got a PPC with .355 bore, so I will PC them and size to .356. I do the same with Miha's version of H&G 275 and works fine. Sizing down by some 3 to 4 thousands is no biggie.
The PC adds .001-.002, so im far away from .356 for the thight chambers.

As I said, another Miha's mold drops me 359, then +0.001 PC and sizes to .356 just fine. The PC actually makes the sizing process easier. If you size right after PC before the lead has a chance to properly harden, it is almost effortless. makes no difference to me whether I size down by 0.002 or 0.004.
Have you slugged your barrel or carefully measured it? There aren't many here who will actually size down to 356 for 9mm application. Personally I size to 358 because 5 handguns and 1 rifle I own in 9mm, all require something larger than 356 to assure a tight fit. This mold for .38 special, I wont even size, will use it as-cast in all of my revolvers for PPC matches.
Just a few cents of reasoning....

I size to .357 for .355 barrels. (I have Tanfoglio Limited Custom with poliagonal and BUL SAS SAW" with traditional barrel). Pull out bullets are usually around .3565+.
No leading and no smoking.
I’d like to get in on this for a nlg
