    bisley blackhawk assembly help needed

Hey guys. Was putting my blackhak back together tonight after getting my cylinders and hammer back from DougGuy. Got everything put back together but couldn't get the long gripframe screw (the one under the loading gate that serves as a detent for hammer pin) to go all the way in. It stops hard, about 1" from being all the way in. I've looked down the hole and can't see any obstructions. Any idea on what I might have done wrong? I checked to make sure the notched end of the pin was on that side. The gun functions fine, other than I can't get that screw in.
    Thanks,
    Dan

Dan, the shorter screw goes on the loading gate side. Is this the way you tried it?

Thanks! I had the hammer pivot pin in backwards and was trying to put gripframe screws in wrong.
