DougGuy, indeed. He posted here a while ago that he no longer reams throats, but hones them on his Sunnen machine. Superlative results.

I've had DougGuy do 2 cylinders and a 45 acp barrel great job on all of them would highly recommend him . And had pretty quick turn around time too .
Last I read Dug was not reaming them anymore. He purchased a Sunnen hone and hones them now. That is a better method than reaming.

Another recommendation for Doug Guy. He's done several cylinders for me. Happened to pass through the area where he lives, and he graciously accommodated me to do the work right then & there. Thanks Doug.
Al, you did the same thing I did. Our son is in Wake Forest and when we visited him I stopped by Doug's place with both of my 1911's. He got them running well.
