Difficult sizing after PC

I agree keep the die cleaned, scrub the bore wit appropriate bore brushes and solvent.

I also agree, LUBE with bullet lube. I do not like One Shot for case lube, but I have a few cans, so I have been using it as BULLET size lube and it seems to work well enough there.

I do feel a difference in harder bullets and also when I size a bullet that didn't get good lube. But properly lubed bullets run thru smoothly.

I have cleaned hem off and NOT cleaned them off afterwards... don't find much difference.

I agree WD-40 isn't for bullets or really anything re loading...

I use Lee water-based sizing paste every 5 or so bullet, never had problem...
I use Hornady dry lube on the die after cleaning every 5k.

If you want an easier sizing just mist your bullets with a 12-1 mix of 99% alcohol to lanolin. The alcohol will evaporate almost immediately leaving a thin wax coating on the bullets so they require much less effort to size.
